Laurie Touma seems to have it all. She has a supportive and inspirational husband, 3 beautiful children, a successful clothing company that she runs with her brother, several boutique stores and the understanding of what it takes to have balance in her busy life.

How does she do it all? She runs her business with the help and support of family members and makes sure to find the time to satisfy the needs and attention required by her family. This balance allowed her to find happiness in her life and create her successful children’s clothing company, Gimme Dat Gear. Laurie designs the graphics for her line of clothing and each image has a special message that goes with it.

She is committed to instilling in her children the principles of being kind to others, being individuals and loving themselves, and these ideas come out in her designs. “People want to befriend as well as buy happiness. I see my apparel affect people this way. They look at my art or read my slogan on a tee and it creates a thought-provoking smile,” proclaims Laurie.

“The footprints you leave behind will influence others.” and “You cannot cross the sea merely by stopping and staring at the water” are two of her slogans that she hopes will resonate with the people who see and wear her clothes. You can find her fashion statements in magazines, on television shows and on celebrity kids walking the streets of LA. Laurie has definitely made a mark!
